The Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS Network) is the specialty membership group for international practitioners of the National Association of REALTORS®, the world's largest trade association. The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) 2009 survey of members found that Florida agents led the U.S. in international transactions with 23% of the national total in sales.  49% of the survey respondents in Florida reported an increase in international clientele in the past five years.  Over 35% of Canadian home buyers and nearly 47% of United Kingdom home buyers purchased in Florida.  Naples and Southwest Florida international sales are led by buyers from Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany.
