PRESENTOR: Carlos Fuentes, CCIM, CIPS, EMS, TRC Carlos Fuentes was born in Puerto Rico and has been involved in real estate for the last 23 years as a corporate real estate manager, operations officer, consultant and Realtor®. His experience includes activities ranging from land acquisition and development to office, retail and industrial properties in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Venezuela and presently in the continental U.S. He currently serves as the NAR President's Liaison to Panama, The NAR Regional Coordinator for North and Central America and The Caribbean, as a 2007 NAR and FAR Director and on the FAR International Operations Committee.
